1. Where do I sign up for a user name and password?

Click on "request account" on the right side of the dealer login page. Fill out the form and hit submit. Your user name and password will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

2. I am a registered user and I forgot my password!

Click on "forgot your password?" on the dealer login page. Fill in your user name and then your password reminder answer. Your password will then be emailed to you. Please call us if you need your user name or need to change your email in your account.

3. I placed an order and it split into two orders what happened?

We have two warehouses with inventory to serve you better one in Vermont and one in Utah. This may result in a split order.

4. How do I know what orders are coming from what warehouse?

Once your order is submitted, your order acknowledgements will show which inventory is coming from where. The first confirmation is coming from your default warehouse. Your second confirmation is coming from the alternate warehouse. If you have one order that did not split and you need to know where it came from, please call us and we can let you know.

5. Can I see inventory from each warehouse?

We do not have that capability to show inventory from both warehouses. You can use our ftp site to view stock in both warehouses if you'd like.

6. How do I view your catalog?

Click on "Browse" at the top for a listing of catalog categories.

7. How do I search for items?

Use "Keyword Search" to search by: item name, sku, vender and description. Advanced search: narrow down your search even more.

In keyword search, easily search for a range of item skus using the "*" character (for example C46* will bring up a lot of CamelBak Bottle skus "C4* will give you even more!)

8. How do I view items I've ordered in the past?

Under "My Account" on the right, view your past items that you ordered with "Order History".

9. How do I view items I've ordered in the past?

How do I view past orders? Under "My Account" on the right use "Review Orders" to view past orders. Find out what you have on backorder, ordered last. You can even duplicate a past order!

10. How do I view invoices?
Under "My Account", view "Open Invoices" and "Paid Invoices" on the right side. Find out what you have that is not paid (we love this) and what you have paid. You can also duplicate a past order from these fields.

11. How do I create a shopping list or wish list?
When you are in the product page, add it to your shopping list (say for summer) or to a wish list of hot items you want to keep your eye on. Both lists will appear on the right hand side. You might even find a nice shopping list that we created for you!

12. What are the Haz-mat, No-Air and ORMD icons for?

We have some shipping limitations with items. Hazardous material is Haz-mat - there is a fee to ship and we can only ship ground. ORMD - we can only ship ground; there is no fee to ship. No-Air - items that are too heavy, will not ship this item air with free freight orders. A few items are heavy enough that there is a freight surcharge required to ship them.


13. How do I select a different ship-to that is under my account?

Select your ship-to at the end, at the checkout screen, on the right hand side. Click on the ship-to address link and a list of your ship-to's will appear.

14. How do I save an order so that the next time I log in I can add to it?

At the top right hand, you will see "save/exit". As long as you have items in your cart, you can click on "save/exit".

15. How do I get back into a saved order?

Once you log in again, your order that is saved will automatically appear on the "welcome" page. Click on the link to add to it.

16. I got timed out, logged back in and did not see my order - help!

Our website will time you out after 30 minutes. If you get timed out, you will have to wait 30 minutes to log back in for the system to recognize your saved order.

17. I had an order on hold, got back into it and now the item I wanted is on backorder!

Allocation of items does not happen until you submit and order.
